WINKLER COUNTY ATTORNEY SCOTT TIDWELL GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS
BREAKING NEWS- BIG SPRING TX After deliberating just over 2 hours, a jury has found Winkler County Attorney Scott Tidwell guilty on all 6 counts as we predicted.
Tidwell is convicted on two counts of each: felony misuse of official information, felony misdemeanor official oppression and retaliation.
He faces up to 10 years in prison when Judge Robert Moore decides his fate in the sentencing phase of the trial.
